RE: County Road Crossings
Gentlemen:
We wish to advise you that Cities Service Company, a Delaware
corporation, has transferred all of its county road crossings
in Weld County, Colorado, to its wholly owned subsidiary
Cities Service Oil and Gas Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Cities Service Oil and Gas Corporation will assume all of
Cities Service Company's rights and obligations thereunder.
