RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO THE UTILITIES COORDINATING BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Utilities Coordin-
ating Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that George A. Mai, repre-
senting Mountain Bell, be appointed to said Utilities Coordinating
Board, to complete the unexpired term of Don Anderson, expiring
December 31 , 1984 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Sue Skaley be appointed
to serve as alternate for George A. Mai , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint the above named individuals to the Utilities Coordinating
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that George A. Mai, repre-
senting Mountain Bell, and alternate Sue Skaley be, and hereby
are, appointed to complete the unexpired term of Don Anderson
on the Utilities Coordinating Board, with a term to expire on
December 31 , 1984 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
May, A.D. , 1984 .

Dear Sir:
This letter is to confirm the resignation of Mr. Don R. Anderson
and alternate Mr. Robert R. Utley from the above Board. This is
due to the recent restructuring of Mountain Bell and realignment
of job duties.
Mountain Bell 's replacement on this Board is Mr. George A. Mai
and his alternate will be Mrs. Sue Skaley.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciated the
opportunity to serve on this board from June 1978 to the present
and I am confident that George and Sue will continue to serve
this Board to their utmost.
