IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 106, AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE
OPEN BURNING OF RUBBISH, GRASS, WEEDS, AND OTHER MATERIAL WITHIN THE UNIN-
CORPORATED AREAS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, WITHOUT FIRST SCHEDULING SAID
BURNING WITH THE LOCAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:

WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April, 1982, the Board of County Commis-

sioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Ordinance No. 106, an Ordinance

w f concerning the burning of rubbish, grass, weeds, and other material within

^ °= the unincorporated areas of Weld County, Colorado, without first scheduling
x said burning with the local fire protection district, and

r---cc WHEREAS, the Board finds that since the date of the adoption of said
w Ordinance, conditions have changed and the fire hazard has lessened, and

'-a therefore, the Board desires to repeal Ordinance No. 106.
