ORDINANCE NO. 82-B
ADDITIONS TO ORDINANCE NO. 82-A, CONCERNING THE MATTER OF THE SETTING OF FEES
FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM REGULATIONS BY THE
WELD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has
adopted Ordinance No. 9-C, the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System
Regulations, establishing a comprehensive set of rules and regulations
pertaining to individual sewage disposal systems, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that fees associated with the
administration of the Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations be
established by separate Ordinance of this Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously adopted
Ordinance No. 82-A, concerning the matter of setting of fees for services
provided by the Weld County Health Department, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance did not establish fees for the administration of
the Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that the assessment of a $60.00 fee for the
retesting of percolation under the original application at the applicant's
request reflects the cost to the Department of performing such retest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Ordinance No. 82-A is amended by the addition of a
fee schedule set forth in Exhibit 5, copies of which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and which shall be the fees charged by the
Weld County Health Department for the described services associated with the
administration of the Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the effective date of said fee schedule shall be thirty
(30) days following the passage of Ordinance No. 9-C, and such fees shall
remain in full force and effect until this Board ordains to change such fees.
