RE: GRANT REQUEST TO VACATE PORTION OF WEST 4TH AVENUE IN GILL,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
o Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

o affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received a

WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services of Weld

.42 County, Colorado has studied said request for vacation and has
recommended to the Board that this request be granted, and

WHEREAS, said portion of West 4th Avenue is located in

desires to vacate that portion of West 4th Avenue, Gill, Colorado,

v WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable that the Weld County

0444 Attorney prepare a Quit Claim Deed for each of the abutting land-
owners, said landowners being located on Lot 12 of Block 4 and
Lot 1 of Block 5 in Section 27 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said Quit Claim Deeds, to be executed by the Chairman
of the Board, shall divide equally, between the abutting landowners,
that portion of West 4th Avenue, Gill, Colorado being vacated by
the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request to vacate
a portion of West 4th Avenue in Gill, Colorado, located in Sec-
tion 27 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado be, and hereby is, granted.
