RE : APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 157 - HAROLD OLANDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed
the request of Harold Olander for an exemption from the defini-
tions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101
(10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that
Harold Olander is the owner of a certain parcel of land
located in part of the S1 SW4 of Section 14, Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Daniel and Sandi Parker, ownersof the adjacent
parcel, wish to purchase an additional 22 feet by 248 feet
parcel from Olander, to provide added space for a driveway,
and
WHEREAS, the two separately owned single family parcels
are described as follows:
PARCEL A - OLANDER
The South Half of. the Southwest Quarter of Section
14 , Township 2 North of Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M. :
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: Right-of-way
conveyed by deed recorded in Book 1024 at Page
112 of the Weld County records; parcel of land
conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 1325
at Page 385 of the Weld County records; and a
tract of land in the SWa, SWa, Section 14 , T2N,
R68W of the 6th P.M. , in Weld County, Colorado,
said tract being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said
SW1, SW4, from whence the Southwest corner of said
