RE: APPROVAL TO PURCHASE USED SAFE FOR SOUTH COUNTY SERVICES
BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the City of Ft. Lupton has offered for sale to Weld
County a used safe located in the old Ft. Lupton City Hall, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Clerk and Recorder has recommenddd
the purchase of said safe, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to purchase said safe for $400. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the purchase of a used safe for use
in the Weld County Clerk and Recorder ' s South County Services Build-
ing office be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of August,
A.D. , 1981.
