enable them to apply for a recorded exemption on the remaining
127 . 44 acres. This request would not allow any addition building
permits, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning
Services and has reviewed the information submitted by the
applicant concerning this matter, and finds that said request
for a subdivision exemption should be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described parcel
of land be, and hereby is, declared to be exempt from the defini-
tions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in
Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of
the Weld County Subdivision Regulations.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of

RE: Proposed Subdivision Exemption
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to explain the reason for a Subdivision Exemption.
In December 1976 I applied for a recorded exemption 0963-10-3-RE360
and this was granted to split off 1 acre with improvements. At
this time the request was to sell off a set of improvements that
had no value to the farm unit. and reliable renters for rural
housing didn't seem to available. At this time I had no intention
of the need to split off any further property.
At this point in time I have incurred certain financial obligations
and difficulties through operation loses in my business and farm. I
am in the process of obtaining a partial release on lot A of the
attached survey. The lender or mortgage holder have given their
approval for the partial release. With this accomplished it allows me
to obtain long term financing through the Federal Land Bank
Association however, they have stipulated in their loan commitment
that prior to closing the loan it will be necessary for me to obtain
the herein requested Recorded Exemption. With this accomplished
I can clear up my financial obligations and continue on with my plans
in the operation of my business and farm.
After talking with the planning staff they stated the Board of Comm-
issioners recomended to apply for the Subdivision Exemption on the
one acre parcel, Aragon's, and apply for a Recorded Exemption on the
farm split.
