• RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF FIREWORKS LICENSE TO JOHN AYER III AND JOSEPH JONES FOR THE 21ST DAY OF JUNE, 1980. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Section 12-28-103, CRS 1973, as amended, permits Weld County to grant permits for public displays of fireworks by organizations and groups, and WHEREAS, John Ayer III and Joseph Jones have applied for a fireworks display permit for June 21, 1980, which display will take place at 5976 Weld County Road 18 - Northwest Corner of Weld County Roads 13 and 18 , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado desires to grant said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that John Ayer III and Joseph Jones be, and hereby are, granted a fireworks display permit for June 21, 1980, subject to approval by the Weld County Sheriff' s Office and approval by the fire district. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of May, A.D. ,Q 1980.
