RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 675 - CRAIG AND JANA NORDEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 17th day of November, 1982, considered the re-
quest of Craig and Jana Norden for a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly
described as follows:
N1 NE4, Section 24, T1N, R67W of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Craig
and Jana Norden for permission to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.upon the con-
dition that the applicants meet all of the requirements as out-
lined by the State Division of Water Resources for an adequate
water supply and by the Weld County Environmental Health Services
for an adequate sewage disposal facility before the issuance of
any building. permits.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
November, A.D. , 1982.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The applicant has submitted and been approved for a Flood Hazard Development Permit.
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any comments regarding
this case.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional
and based upon the following:
1. That the applicant meet all of the requirements as outlined by the
State Division of Water Resources for an adequate water supply and
by the Weld County Environmental Health Services for an adequate
sewage disposal facility before the issuance of any building permits.

MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan

LETTER OF EXPLANATION
Purposed mobile home will be the primary residence
of Craig and Jana Norden, Petitioners herein and in addition
will be used as a place to caretake the proposed wildlife
pond/habitat. Craig and Jana Norden have no other housing
available having been recently evicted from rental property.
The subject land is owned by the father, George Norden, Jr.
and represents an economical method of providing housing
for his son and daughter-in-law and caretakers for his property.
