HomeMy WebLinkAbout820492.tiff - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 675 - CRAIG AND JANA NORDEN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 17th day of November, 1982, considered the re- quest of Craig and Jana Norden for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: N1 NE4, Section 24, T1N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Craig and Jana Norden for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted.upon the con- dition that the applicants meet all of the requirements as out- lined by the State Division of Water Resources for an adequate water supply and by the Weld County Environmental Health Services for an adequate sewage disposal facility before the issuance of any building. permits.
