RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF JAMES O'DELL AND DREW SCHELTINGA TO THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James O'Dell and Drew
Scheltinga be reappointed to said Board for terms to expire on
December 31, 1985, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-
appoint James O'Dell and Drew Scheltinga to the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that James O'Dell and Drew
Scheltinga be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals for terms to expire December 31, 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
January, A.D. , 1983.
