RE: REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE UTILITIES COORDINATING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordi-
nating Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be reappointed to said Utilities Coordinating Board:
Name Term to Expire
Richard Fennelly December 31, 1985
Drew Scheltinga December 31, 1985
Calvin Johnson December 31, 1985
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to re-
appoint the above named people to the Utilities Coordinating
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Richard Fennelly, Drew
Scheltinga and Calvin Johnson be, and hereby are, reappointed
to the Utilities Coordinating Board with terms to expire on
December 31, 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
January, A.D. , 1983.
