RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF SUSAN STEWART FOR A MOBILE
HOME AS A PRINCIPAL DWELLING TO BE LOCATED ON LOT 3 ,
BLOCK 56, ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Susan Stewart has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 2nd day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Susan Stewart for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 3, Block 56, Aristocrat Ranchettes
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Susan Stewart for permission to place a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd
day of September, A.D. , 1981.
