RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED
WITH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HARRIETT ALLEE FOR VIOLATION
OF THE WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE, MOBILE HOME STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissionersof Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Building Inspections
has informed the Board of County Commissioners that Harriett
Allee is in violation of the following mobile home standards:
Weld County Building Code - 1980 Edition:
20. Standards
20. 2. 3. 1. 2 Tie Downs
20. 2. 3. 1. 3 Skirting
WHEREAS, the property on which said violations are occuring
is described as Tract 11, Aristocrat Ranchettes, and
WHEREAS, despite repeated requests, said violations have
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it necessary to bring legal action
against Harriett Jean Allee to correct said violations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners that Thomas O. David, Weld County Attorney, be, and hereby
is, authorized to proceed with legal action against Harriett Jean
Allee, 15027 Coleman, Ft. Lupton, Colorado, 80621 for violation
of the Weld County Building Code.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day
of October, A.D. , 1981.

Dear Mr. Allee:
Your mobile home was "Red Tagged" on April 9, 1981, for being in
violation of the following mobile home standards:
Weld County Building Code - 1980 Edition
20. Standards
20.2.3.1.2. - Tie Downs
20.2.3.1.3. - Skirting
You will have until May 9, 1981 to correct the above deficiencies. If
corrections have not been made by this date, we will be forced to
exercise the provisions of the Weld County Building Code 40. Violations
and Enforcement. Please call for inspections when corrections have
been made.
