-1 O RE : APPROVE AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION CONCERNING SALE OF PROPERTY
O TO LONGMONT DAIRY FARMS , INC.

o w WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
O Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
a Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS , on December 17 , 1984 , the Board did, by Resolution,
N Z correct a prior Resolution and Conveyance to Longmont Dairy Farms,
Inc. of a certain parcel of land, and
WHEREAS , the previous Resolution had erroneously conveyed to
,,., a Longmont Dairy Farms , Inc. , property located in Part of the NW; of
coca Section 3 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
cc z County, Colorado, and

N [W WHEREAS , the Board on that date conveyed the correct parcel
o a of land to Longmont Dairy Farms , Inc. , said parcel being located
N in Part of the NWa of Section 30 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West
N w of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and

em z WHEREAS , Longmont Dairy Farms, Inc. , has requested that they
r4r, be allowed to purchase the parcel of land which was previously
conveyed to them in error at the estimated value of TWO HUNDRED
w FORTY AND NO/100 ($240 . 00) , and

m N WHEREAS , said parcel was previously offered for bid according
o ; to proper procedure on June 2 , 1982 , and no bids were received on
rH O said property, and

WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it advisable to
amend the Resolution of December 17 , 1984 , and accept the offer of
Longmont Dairy Farms , Inc. , to purchase the parcel of land which
was previously conveyed to them erroneously.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution of
December 17 , 1984 , be and hereby is amended to include the sale
and conveyance of that property located in Part of the NWa of
Section 3 , Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, to Longmont Dairy Farms , Inc. , for the amount of
TWO HUNDRED FORTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($240 . 00)
