Street Greeley, Colorado Dear Mr. Honn: We, the owners of two parcels of land on East 8th. Street, are concerned that the zoning as it now exists is inappropriate to our operation and future plans. (Please see the attached legal descriptions.) It is our understanding that at this time these properties are included in the C-1 zoning. The properties are 417 E. 8th. Street, owned by Midexco Construction, Inc. , a utility excavation firm and 555 East 8th. Street, owned by Zimmerman Oil Company, doing business as a petroleum dealer. This situation came to our attention because Midexco Construction, Inc. wishes to build a new office building and make other improvements consistent with the Company' s growth. In addition Zimmerman Oil Company also has plans to make various improvements to their property. We are requesting that you give consideration to changing the zoning to C-3 which we feel will be more suitable to the present and future use of the property.
