RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 768 - BURNELL AND ELENA BOWERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 17th day of August, 1983, considered the request
of Burnell and Elena Bowers to place a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows :
Lot 2 , Block 8, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the following conditions : 1) the applicant shall apply for
a building permit for the existing mobile home; 2) a septic per-
mit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test require-
ments prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior to
the final building permit inspection, the property owner shall
submit evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such
a manner as to be adequate in quantity, quality and dependability
for the principal dwelling; and 4) the existing mobile home shall
not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied
with conditions 1 through 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Burnell
and Elena Bowers to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance,
Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions
as above listed.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding this
application. A mobile home does exist on the lot in question.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional
upon the following:
1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the existing
mobile home;
2. A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk
test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit;
3. Prior to the final building permit inspection, the property owner
shall submit evidence that the proposed well is supplying water
in such a manner as to be adequate in quantity, quality and
dependability for the principal dwelling; and
4. The existing mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that
the applicant has complied with conditions 1 through 3.
