RE: DECLARE 1965 DETROITER MOBILE HOME AND 1974 HOMETTE MOBILE
HOME TO BE SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a 1965 Detroiter mobile home, Title No. FJ553CK10WK
2835, and a 1974 Homette mobile home, Title No. 0359482H, were
obtained by Weld County, Colorado for failure of redemption of
taxes, and
WHEREAS, said mobile homes are not needed for governmental
purposes and the Board desires to declare the mobile homes to be
surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the 1965 Detroiter mobile
home and the 1974 Homette mobile home be, and hereby are, declared
to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
December, A.D. , 1980 .
