CORRECTED RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE COVERING CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO LOCATED IN THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH,
RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
U Colorado, leased certain minerals owned by Weld County to
BWAB Incorporated, 7935 E. Prentice Ave. , Englewood, Co. ,
pursuant to Board action taken on June 16 , 1982 , and

WHEREAS, said mineral lands are described as follows :
The Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 7
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the expiration date stated in the Resolution dated

WHEREAS, the three year lease period shall commence June 16,

1982 and end June 15, 1985.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the offer of
BWAB Incorporated, 7935 E. Prentice Ave. , Englewood, CO. ,
be, and hereby is, accepted for a period of three (3) years.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th
