RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 248 - HORSES UNLIMITED WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has previously approved Recorded Exemption No. 248 for Horses Unlimited con- cerning property described as part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Horses Unlimited has requested that Recorded Exemption No. 248 be amended by reducing the size of "Lot B" by approximately 1. 5 acres and adding said 1. 5-acre parcel to the Flatiron Paving Company parcel south of "Lot B" , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said request to amend Recorded Exemption No. 248 and deems it advisable to approve said amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 248. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 248 , as more particularly stated herein, be, and hereby is, approved.
