RE: APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Communications
Advisory Board due to the resignation of Dale Harvey, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carl Harvey be appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Dale Harvey, and
WHEREAS, said term shall be effective from September 21 , 1983 ,
and expire December 31, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Carl Harvey to the
Communications Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Carl Harvey be, and hereby
is, appointed to the Communications Advisory Board with a term
to be effective from September 21 , 1983 , through December 31 ,
1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
September, A.D. , 1983 .
