RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF EVERETT AND PEGGY BRAWNER
FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE WEST HALF
OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,
RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Everett and Peggy Brawner have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for
a permit to place a mobile home on the following described
real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 12th day of August, 1981, considered the
request of Everett and Peggy Brawner for a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Everett and Peggy Brawner for permission to place a mobile
home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel
of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th
day of August, A.D. ,, 1981.

COMMENTS:
The Brawners are presently removing the exsisting dwelling_ It was small and in
need of extensive repair. There is an exsisting acess. Willow Creek is to the
East of this parcel . Weld County Rd. 74 restricts the flow of water and I have
not encountered flooding where the improvements are located. 0495A
I have seen water across WC Rd. 74 but not to the extent where the bridge and
RR bridge on WC Rd. 51 have been unable to allow the water to move on downstream.
The elevation of Willow creek is 4746, the 4755 contour line is where the
house is located.
