RE: AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF $1500. 00 TO DARYL ARNOLD FOR
PROPERTY FOR WELD COUNTY ROAD 59 RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Weld County to purchase the
following described property for Weld County Road 59 right-of-
way:
A parcel of land for a 60 foot wide right-
of-way for County Road 59 in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 13, Township 2 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th Principal Meridian
in Weld County, Colorado, being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Sec-
tion 13 and running along the North line
of Section 13, North 89°09 ' 41" East, 5 .58
feet to a point on the new Eastern right-
of-way line of County Road 59; thence along
said new Eastern right-of-way line along a
curve to the left having a radius of 2 , 834 . 79
feet, an arc length of 174. 78 feet and a
chord which bears South 4°44 ' 23" East, to a
point; thence South 6 °30 ' 21" East, 768 .76
feet to a point; thence along a curve to the
right having a radius of 4531. 26 feet, an
arc length of 460. 36 feet and a chord which
bears South 3°35 ' 43" East, to a point on
the Eastern right-of-way line of County
Road 59 as traveled; thence South 89°18 ' 55"
West, 60. 00 feet to a point on the Western
right-of-way line of County Road 59 as tra-
veled; thence along the new Western right-of-
way line along a curve to the left having a
radius of 4471 . 26 feet, an arc length of
454 . 27 feet and a chord which bears North
3°35 ' 43" West, to a point; thence North
6°30 '21" West, 239 . 16 feet to a point on
the West line of Section 13; thence along
said West line North 1°39 ' 12 " West, 707 . 35
feet to the point of beginning and containing
1. 45 acres more or less.
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to authorize the pay-
ment of $1500 . 00 to Daryl Arnold for purchase of the abovedescribed
property for Weld County Road 59 right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the payment of $1500 . 00

to Daryl Arnold for purchase of the herineabove described pro-
perty for Weld County Road 59 right-of-way be, and hereby is,
approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
May, A.D. , 1980 .
