RE : RE-APPOINTMENT OF JOSEPH FUSS, HAROLD ANDREWS AND JERRY
WONES TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , several vacancies currently exist on the Communi-
cations Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joseph Fuss of the
Dacono Fire Protection District, Harold Andrews of the Weld
County Sheriff ' s Office, and Jerry Wones of the Weld County
Ambulance Service, be re-appointed to said Board for terms
to expire December 31, 1984, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners desires to
re-appoint Joseph Fuss, Harold Andrews and Jerry Wones to
the Communications Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Joseph Fuss,
Harold Andrews and Jerry Wones be, and hereby are, re-appointed
to the Communications Advisory Board for terms to expire
December 31, 1984.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st
day of December, A.D. , 1981.
