WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
o Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

U WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the
request of Naomi Whipple for an exemption from the definitions
o w of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) ,

Whipple would allow her to adjust the property line which sepa-

The subject site is out of the 100 year flood plain of the Cache La Poudre River.

The applicant (Mrs. Naomi Whipple) has owned for sometime two (2)
parcels in Tract C, Strohauer's Subdivision of the SWISWI of Section 31,
Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
Mrs. Whipple has recently sold the easterly parcel to Mr. Day and now
wishes to convey an additional 25 feet to Mr. Day. This conveyance would
give Mr. Day some additional land west of his drive.
The westerly lot is currently vacant and a reduction in ground will not
cause any problem for future development.
