NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the District Court of Weld County, Division I,
will conduct a Public Hearing March /I , 1983, atilez p.m. , to consid-
er the Petition for formation of a recreation district in southwest
Weld County, more specifically the Carbon Valley Park and Recreation

The owner of any real property within the proposed district may file a
petition with the Weld County District Court requesting that their prop-
erty be excluded from the district, stating therein the reasons for ex-
clusion. The petition shall be verified, shall describe the property
to be excluded, and must be filed a least 10 days prior to the Court
hearing here noticed.
