RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF JOY SCHMIDT, ELIZABETH HENSON, AND RACHEL KOLOKOFF TO THE
PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Personnel
Grievance Board due to the expiration of terms of certain members, and
WHEREAS, through employee elections, it has been recommended that Joy
Schmidt, Elizabeth Henson, and Rachel Kolokoff be appointed to the Weld County
Personnel Grievance Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint the above
mentioned people to the Weld County Personnel Grievance Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that Joy Schmidt and Elizabeth Henson be appointed to the County
Personnel Grievance Board for two-year terms to expire on March 1, 1986, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rachel Kolokoff be appointed to fill an
unexpired term until March 1, 1985.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of March, A.D. , 1984.
