RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CHAIRMAN OF BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
is seeking a side yard variance to the property located at
1518 Hospital Road to allow a 15 ' sideyard in lieu of the
required 38 ' , and
WHEREAS, said request will be considered at a special
Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners feels it is
in the best interest of Weld County to seek said variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Board does
hereby authorize said request for a side yard variance to the
property located at 1518 Hospital Road to allow a 15 ' sideyard
in lieu of the required 38 ' and further authorizes the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to sign said
request.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd
day of July, A.D. , 1981.
