RE: APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL ERLAND AS RAY FOUTS' ALTERNATE ON THE
UTILITY COORDINATING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Earl E. Ely, Ray Fouts ' alternate on the Utility
Coordinating Board, is retiring from the Greeley Gas Company on
May 1, 1980, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners that Michael Erland be appointed as Ray Fouts ' alter-
nate on said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Michael Erland be, and
hereby is, appointed as Ray Fouts' alternate to the Utility
Coordinating Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
April, A.D. , 1980 .
