RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING FOR CHANGE OF ZONE FROM "A"
(AGRICULTURAL) TO "I-3" (INDUSTRIAL THREE) FOR JESSE L.
YARBROUGH
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a hearing for a Change of Zone, from "A" (Agricul-
tural) to "I-3" (Industrial Three) , requested by Jesse L. Yarbrough,
was scheduled for March 7 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 o 'clock p.m. , and
WHEREAS , at the hearing of March 7 , 1984 , only three Com-
missioners were present, and
WHEREAS , the applicant, through his representative Norma
Lanning, requested that this matter be continued to a date when
all five Commissioners will be present, and
WHEREAS , the Board determined that this matter shall be con-
tinued to April 18 , 1984 , and further that it be published in the
La Salle Leader, which is the County legal newspaper, and that the
premises be re-posted ten days prior to the date of the hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado , that the Change of Zone
hearing, requested by Jesse L. Yarbrough, be, and hereby is, con-
tinued to April 18 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 o 'clock p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that this matter shall
be published in the La Salle Leader thirty days prior to the
date of the hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the premises shall
be re-posted ten days prior to the date of the hearing.

JESSE L. YARBROUGH
A public hearing was conducted on March 7 , 1984, at 2:00 P.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Norman Carlson, Chairman
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner- Excused
Commissioner Chuck Carlson- Excused
Commissioner John Martin -
Also present:

Acting Clerk to the Board, Tommie Antuna
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department Representative, Rod Allison
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 9, 1984, and duly
published in the La Salle Leader on January 13, 1984, and February 2, 1984,
a public hearing was conducted concerning the reauest for a Change of Zone,
from "A" (Agricultural) to "I-3" (Industrial Three) , from Jesse L. Yarbrough.
Commissioners Brantner and C. Carlson were excused from this hearing.
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison, read this matter into the record.
The Board was advised that the applicant wishes to have this matter continued
to a time when all five Commissioners will be present. Mr. Morrison said
this hearing must he continued to a date which will allow time for publica-
tion thirty days prior to said hearing. He suggested that it be continued
to April 18, 1984. Mr. Morrison said the premises must be re-posted ten
days prior to the hearing also. Commissioner Johnson moved to continue this
hearing for Change of Zone to April 18, 1984, to allow for publication and
re-posting of the premises. Commissioner Martin seconded the motion and it
carried unanimously.
