RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF MICHAEL L. SCHESSER FOR
A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP
2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Michael L. Schesser has applied to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to
place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as
a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-
Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 23rd day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Michael L. Schesser for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows :
Lot 1, Block 35, Aristocrat Ranchettes, a
subdivision of Weld County located in
Section 27, Township 2 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Michael L. Schesser for permission to place a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of September, A.D. , 1981.

From the application information supplied and the on-site soil percolation data, the following minimum installation specifi-
cations are required:

In addition, this Permit Is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
This Permit Is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This Permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld
County Health Department for reasons set forth In the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, including
failure to meet any term or condition Imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The Issuance of this Permit does not
constitute assumption by the Department or Its employees of liability for the failure or Inadequacy of the sewage disposal system.
Environmental Specialist Date
This Permit Is not transferrable and shall become void If system construction has not commenced within one year of its issuance.
Before issuing final approval of this Permit the Weld County Health Department reserves the right to impose additional terms
and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final Permit approval is contingent upon the final in-
spection of the completed system by the Weld County Health Department.

I, Mike Schesser and I, Estella Schesser would like
to have a Mobile Home Permit for Aristocart Ranchettes
for Lot #1, Block #35.
Cleaner air for easier breathing, less smog. Allergeries
to air pollution. Lesser congestions of living conditions.
High cost of housing and continuing space rent increase.
Like Mobile Home living, not Park living. Have purchased
a new Mobile Home. Want a place of our own and settle to
stay.

Department of Health concerning cistern construction and use.
(See enclosures) Also, as long as the cistern is not to be
used for community - type supplies, we have no concerns regarding
the water quality or source of the waters supplied to the
cistern.
