SCHESSER FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Michael L. Schesser has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A- Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 23rd day of September, 1981, considered the request of Michael L. Schesser for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lot 1, Block 35, Aristocrat Ranchettes, a subdivision of Weld County located in Section 27, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicants, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Michael L. Schesser for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
