RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Placement
Alternatives Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be appointed to said Commission:
Diane Smith
Dr. Neil Henderson
Tom Hanselmann
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint the above mentioned
people to the Placement Alternatives Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Diane Smith, Dr. Neil
Henderson and Tom Hanselmann be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Placement Alternatives Commission.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
May, A.D. , 1981.

RE: Replacement of Weld County
Placement Alternative
Commission Members
Dear Mr. Carlson:
As Chairman of the Weld County Placement Alternatives Commission I am
requesting that the Board of County Commissioners appoint the following
people to fill vacancies on the PAC:
1. '/Ms. Diane Smith to replace Mr. James Maley. Mr. Maley is leaving
the area due to employment.
2. v Dr. Neil Henderson to replace Tom Milan.
3. VMr. Tom Hanselman to replace Mel Okamoto. Mr. Okamoto is leaving
the area due to employment.
Ms. Smith, Dr. Henderson, and Mr. Hanselman represent the same affiliation
or agency as the departing Commission member.
