DATE TIME/ .----[•4.7 MARY ANN FEUERSTEIN, Clerk and Recorder, Weld County, C.olorodo ORDINANCE NO. 84-A IN THE MATTER OF REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 84 AND RE-ENACTING THE SETTING OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WELD COUNTY GOVERNMENT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, o Colorado, has authority under state statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, to establish certain fees for services provided by the various departments of Weld County Government, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County desires, through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for the rental of various Weld County Government buildings , the copying of County of public documents where the fee is not otherwise specified by law, for the sale of Weld County road maps, for the taking of fingerprints by the Weld County Sheriff' s Department for individuals, for extraordinary research of public records which Weld County Government is not required to performed by law, for the performance of weed spraying services, parking fees, recreational vehicle dump- ing, overnight camping site fees, and ambulance service fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for the rental of various Weld County Government buildings and parking fees set forth in Exhibit "A" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by Weld County Government for the rental services and parking services described therein. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for services provided by the Weld County Ambulance Service set forth in Exhibit "B" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer- ence, shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Ambulance Services for services described therein. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for the missile site park for campsite space and recreational vehicle tank fees set 810376 95618'782'7;i BOOKS....... BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for services pro- vided by Weld County Government for the copying of county or public documents where the fee is not otherwise specified by law, for the sale of Weld County road maps, for the taking of finger- prints by the Weld County Sheriff' s Department for individuals , for extraordinary research of public records for which Weld County Government is not required to perform by law, and weed spraying services set forth in Exhibit "D" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Government for the services described therein. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the effective date of said fee schedule shall be January 1, 1982 and such fees shall remain in full force and effect until the Board ordains to change such fees. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that this ordinance shall supercede all prior ordinances and resolutions concerning fees for the services enumerated in this ordinance. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that pursuant to Section 3-14 (6) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, the Board of County Commissioners finds and hereby declares this Ordinance to be an emergency Ordinance and that its immediate passage is necessary for the preservation and protection of the public health, property and safety and that time is of the essence for the effective date of this Ordinance. -2- 956 3.8'182'1; BOOK..._.......
