HomeMy WebLinkAbout800053.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL TO INCREASE PETTY CASH FUND AT THE FRATERNITY HOUSE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on May 2, 1979 the Board of County Commissioners established a petty cash fund in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) for the Fraternity House, and WHEREAS, the Fraternity House has requested that their petty cash fund be increased from ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) because of the activity in the petty cash fund for pro- viding allowances to children in the facility, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has recommended that said petty cash fund be increased to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the petty cash fund for the Fraternity House be, and hereby is, increased from ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) to TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) . The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of December, A.D. , 1980.
