RE: GRANT REQUEST OF BURL VAN BUSKIRK, ON BEHALF OF MARTIN
ESTATES, TO PRE-ADVERTISE CHANGE OF ZONE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Burl Van Buskirk, on behalf of Martin Estates, has
submitted a letter to the Board of County Commissioners requesting
that a Change of Zone application be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS , a copy of said letter is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request made by
Burl Van Buskirk, on behalf of Martin Estates, to pre-advertise
the application for a Change of Zone be , and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
November, A.D. , 1984 .

Dear Clerk,
I am requesting preadvertising for a hearing before the
Board of County Commissioners for a Land Use application
on the Martin Estates P.U.D.
The Sketch Plan application was filed with the planning
staff in August and now I am running out of time for the
completion of this project.
A pending business proposition demands that this
application for P.U.D. Zoning be acted on prior to the
end of December 1984.
