BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: WHEREAS, on the 24th day of July, 1978, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted an Ordinance to form the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority, and WHEREAS, in Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 30, the name of such airport authority was designated as the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority, and WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County that the cooperative efforts of the City of Greeley and the County of Weld directed toward the airport authority would be best presented by designating the airport authority as the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the name of the Weld County Municipal Airport Authority shall be changed to the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority. The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 30-A was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of May , 1983.
