CORRECTION DEED
THIS DEED , made this 5th day of January
1982 , correcting the previous deed of the parties of the first
part made September 4 , 1981, recorded at Book 943 , Rece. tion No.
1869564 in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder on
September 18 , 1981, said deed being between Alex Roth, Jr. , and
Pauline Roth of the County of Weld and State of Colorado, of the
first part, and the Board of County Commissioners , County of Weld,
whose legal address is 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado, of the
County of Weld and State of Colorado, of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for good
and valuable consideration to the said parties of the first part
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents
do remise, release, sell , convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said
party of the second part, its heirs, successors and assigns , for-
ever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
A part of the NE Quarter of Section 31, Town-
ship 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado , more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the NE
corner of Section 31, Township 7 North,
Range 67 West and thence South 00°6 ' 40"
East along the east line of the NE4 of said
Section 31, 50 feet; thence South 86°32 ' 20"
West, 921. 24 ft. along the south right-of-
way of County Road 76 to the true point of
beginning; thence South 00°45 ' 20" West,
390. 83 ft. ; thence North 89°14 ' 40" West,
720 ft. ; thence North 00°45 ' 20" East 337 . 75
ft. to the south right-of-way line of County
Road 76; thence North 86°32 ' 20" East,
721. 95 ft. along the south right-of-way
line of County Road 76 to the true point of
beginning. This parcel also described as
Parcel #62-0705-31-1-02-012 in the Weld
County Assessor ' s Office. This parcel
contains 5 . 344 acres as described in the
Roth Subdivision, first filing.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Roth:
This is to advise you that an error was made in the Deed which was
previously recorded on September 18, 1981, which quit claimed your
ownership in the vacant lot in the Roth Subdivision to Weld County.
Because of the error, I have drafted a Correction Deed which will
be held in the office of the Clerk to the Board on the third floor
of the Centennial Center. This is the same office that had the
file when you signed the original deed. If you are not able to
get in to the office within the next few weeks , please advise me
and I will make arrangements to have-fife ISee3 mailed to you for
your signature in front of appropriate witnesses .
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank
you for your attention to this matter.

RE: Roth Subdivision
Dear Mr. Roth:
At the hearing before the Board of County Commissioners for
Weld County held on September 2 , 1981 , the Commissioners
instructed this office to acquire a clear title to the land
previously dedicated as park land in the Roth Subdivision.
The land has been dedicated to the County by means of the
plat which has previously been recorded but no deed has ever
been executed transferring title. I have drafted a Quit
Claim Deed for yours and Pauline' s signature which makes it
clear that title to the park property in the Roth Subdivision
has been transferred to the County.
The deed has been left with the Clerk to the Board' s Office
on the third floor of the Weld County Centennial Building and
I would ask if you and Pauline would be willing and able to
come in to that office and execute the deed within the next
few weeks. If you are unable to come to the Centennial Center
please contact me and other arrangements will be made but it
will be necessary for the deed to be witnessed by a notary
public. I would also ask that if you are unwilling to execute •
the deed that you notify me so that other appropriate action
can be taken by the County if necessary.
