RESOLUTION RE: PETITION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE ROAD.
Commissioner Sanden offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a petition requesting that the road along the
East sides of.Sections One and Twelve, Township Seven North, Range
Sixty West be closed pas been filed with the Board of County Commissioners,
and,
WHEREAS, the records of the office do not disclose that the
road described has been officially designated and opened.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered,
that the road, if such road exists, beginning at the Northeast corner of
Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 60 West and running two miles, along
the section lines, South to the Southeast corner of Section 12, Township
7 North, Range 60 West, be and hereby is vacated and closed.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Ford and the
resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: J-
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
