RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 67 - GLENN
AND CAROLYN CIZEK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously
approved Recorded Exemption No. 67 for Glenn and Carolyn Cizek
concerning property located in Part of the Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Glenn and Carolyn Cizek have requested that Re-
corded Exemption No. 67 be amended by increasing the size of
Tract B by 0. 173 acres. The Cizeks are requesting this amend-
ment in order to allow additional space for their driveway and
leach field, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
request to amend Recorded Exemption No. 67 and deems it advisable
to approve said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded
Exemption No. 67 , as stated herein, be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
November, A.D. , 1980.

Re: Amendment to Recorded Exemption #67
Dear Ccnoissioners:
The attached application, plat, and related items are in reference to a re-
quest fran Glenn and Carolyn Cizek to amenlPecorded Exemption #67. The
parcel of land on which this request has been made is described as Pt. NWq
NWa Section 10, T 3 N, R 68 W of the 6th p.m. , Weld County, Colorado. This
property is located 1 mile north of Mead at 3126 Weld County Rd. 36.
The request is to amend Recorded Exemption #67 by reducing the size of Tract
A by adding 0.173 acres to Tract B. The resulting lots are 0.869 acres and
9.131 acres in size. The Cizek's are requesting this amendment in order to
allow additional space for their driveway and leach field.
Based upon the information submitted, the Department of Planning Services Staff
recommends approval of this requested amendment for the following reasons:
1. The impact on surrounding agricultural land uses would not appear to be
any different than the original request which has already been approved.
The Town of Mead has not responded to the referral sent to them.
2. This request is in compliance with Section 9-4 A. of the Weld County Sub-
division Regulations.

DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 68 WEST, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH , SECTION 10
PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE' NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW-43NW* ptn):
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 1207-10-2-RE-67 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.

from the definition of subdivision is more particularly

and being more particularly described as follows; beginning at

The Weld County Board of Adjustment has reviewed and approved

It is our desire to move this lot line to accomplish two goals:

(2) To widen an inconvenient narrow driveway
