HomeMy WebLinkAbout800769.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 67 - GLENN AND CAROLYN CIZEK WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously approved Recorded Exemption No. 67 for Glenn and Carolyn Cizek concerning property located in Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Glenn and Carolyn Cizek have requested that Re- corded Exemption No. 67 be amended by increasing the size of Tract B by 0. 173 acres. The Cizeks are requesting this amend- ment in order to allow additional space for their driveway and leach field, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said request to amend Recorded Exemption No. 67 and deems it advisable to approve said amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Recorded Exemption No. 67 , as stated herein, be, and hereby is , approved.
