RE: APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Communications
Advsiory Board due to the resignation of Robert Staggs,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mel Leedom be
appointed to fill the unexpired term of Robert Staggs, and
WHEREAS, said term expires on December 31, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Mel Leedom to the Communications Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Mel Leedom be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Communications Advisory
Board for the unexpired term of Robert Staggs which expires
on December 31, 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.
