RESOLUTION
RE: IN THE MATTER OF REVISING AND REESTABLISHING GENERAL ELECTION
PRECINCT BOUNDARIES FOR STATE SENATORIAL DISTRICTS , STATE
REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICTS, WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS
AND RENUMBERING OF ALL ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to 1-6-101, CRS, 1973 and 2-2-506, CRS ,
1973, as amended, general election precinct boundaries must be
revised and reestablished by April 1, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, the revision and reestablishment of these general
election precinct boundaries requires the renumbering of all
precincts, and
WHEREAS, in order that Weld County comply with the law in
every respect, it is desirable and necessary that the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, now consider,
determine, revise and reestablish new state senatorial districts ,
state representative districts, Weld County Commissioner dis-
tricts and new precinct boundaries within the county, all as
shown on Exhibits A, B and C, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the revised and re-
established boundaries of the state senatorial districts, the
state representative districts, the Weld County Commissioner
districts and the renumbering of all precinct boundaries within
Weld County shall be as shown on Exhibit A, map of the City of
Greeley, as shown on Exhibit B, map of Weld County, except the
City of Greeley, and as shown on Exhibit C, noting thereon the
breakdown of said senatorial districts, state representative
districts, Weld County Commissioner districts and the various
precincts within the City of Greeley and Weld County, all as
shown on the aforementioned Exhibits A, B and C, attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference, be and hereby are approved.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
March, A.D. , 1982.
