RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 580 - PIKES PEAK BY-PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 14th day of April, 1982, considered the request
of Pikes Peak BY-Products for a mobile home to be usedasmore than
one mobile home as an accessory use in a C or I district on the
parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, more particularly described as follows:
Part of the NW4, Section 9, T2N, R68W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Pikes
Peak BY-Products for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as more than one mobile home as an accessory use on the
above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance
with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby
is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
April, A.D. , 1982.

A septic permit ( #236) was issued by our department to Long-
mont Rendering , 2010 E . Colorado Hwy 119 , Longmont on August 6 ,
1976 to serve a house and trailer (6 bedrooms total) . A 1 , 750 gal-
lon septic tank and a large leachfield were required . Glen E . Paul

Supposedly , the units which originally were to be serviced
by the septic system are no longer there . In 1980 , a 60 ' x14 '
mobile home ( 2-bedroom) was installed . The request for an
addi-
tional 2-bedroom mobile home to be hooked into the existing system
can be approved if there will be a total of only two mobile homes
serviced by the above-mentioned septic system.
Also , we do not certify that the system is still functioning
properly or that it will continue to function in the future .
