HomeMy WebLinkAbout820446.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 580 - PIKES PEAK BY-PRODUCTS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 14th day of April, 1982, considered the request of Pikes Peak BY-Products for a mobile home to be usedasmore than one mobile home as an accessory use in a C or I district on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the NW4, Section 9, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Pikes Peak BY-Products for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home as an accessory use on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is , granted.
