RE: APPRECIATION OF SERVICES RENDERED BY ERNEST ROSS AS A MEMBER
OF THE LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado did appoint Ernest Ross as a member of the Library Board,
and
WHEREAS, Ernest Ross has served continuously on this Board
with great distinction since June 10, 1970 and by his wise coun-
sel, has contributed greatly in service to the County as a member
of said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that it does hereby express
its appreciation to Ernest Ross for his faithful service ren-
dered, having been most beneficial to the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
April, A.D. , 1980 .
