RE : SET HEARING DATE FOR THE EAST EATON WATER AND SANITATION
DISTRICT SERVICE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 21st day of December, 1981, has been presented
with a request from the East Eaton Water and Sanitation District
requesting the Board to schedule the service plan for a public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, the East Eaton residents requested the County
not require the process fee for said hearing in advance, but
be billed for the costs of notice, publication and recording
of testimony, after said hearing, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners considered
said request and feels that it is in the best interests of
Weld County to set said hearing date for January 13 , 1982
at 2 : 00 P.M. to be held at the Weld County Centennial Center,
915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the East Eaton
and Sanitation District Service Plan hearing date, set for
January 13 , 1982 at 2 : 00 P.M. , be, and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the costs for said hearing
be billed to the East Eaton residents, in care of David J.
Miller and Associates, attorneys at law, 804 7th Street,
P. O. Box 1424 , Greeley, Colorado 80632 , after said hearing
is held.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st
day of December, A.D. , 1981.
