RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 543 - KOBEL HEATING AND PLUMBING COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Kobel Heating and Plumbing Company has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 3rd day of March, 1982 , considered the request of Kobel Heating and Plumbing Company for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the Southeast Half of the Southwest Half of Sections 15 and 16 , Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
