TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Tract A of the enclosed parcel of land that is being applied for exemption, will
be sold to Leonard L. Anderson and Beverly Jean Anderson who own Tract B of the
enclosed survey. Recorded by Warranty Deed in Book 1526 at Page 561 Weld County
records.
Tract A is a parcel of rocky waste land that has not been farmed for many years.
This parcel includes a border of tines that protect the louse and buildings that
exist on Tract B. This tract also provides adequate space for additional out
buildings such as grainery, machine sheds, and etc. This exemption of Tract A
will not create any additonal building sites. The land in Tract A will just be
added to Tract B now awned by the Andersons. This will make a more desirable
location for the extensive dry land fanning operation now conducted by Mr.
Leonard L. Anderson. Tract A of the enclosed survey is a natural parcel of land
to be added to tract B, as it is waste land and is located in the Southeast corner
of Section 19, Township 8 North, Range 6f West of the 6th P.M. This exepmtion
of 12.078 acres is the only parcel of waste land in Section 19 and will not effect
the farming operations of the balance of the land.
