RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS IN KNAUS SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING,
FOR MAINTENANCE BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has recom-

In June of 1982 , the streets in Knaus Subdivision, Second Filing
were paved and inspected by Weld County Personnel during construction.
The County accepted those streets for partial maintenance at that time.
The one-year guarantee period has expired. We recently inspected the
streets, and found that they are in good condition, and no corrective
measures are necessary.
Therefore, I recommend the following streets in Knaus Subdivision,
Second Filing be accepted for full maintenance :
