RE: APPROVE KEYLOCK CUSTOMER AGREEMENT FOR GASOLINE AND FUEL
PUMPS BETWEEN AGLAND AND WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND AUTHORI-
ZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an agreement between Agland and Weld County, Colo-
rado for keylock customer services has been presented to the Board
of County Commissioners for their approval, and
WHEREAS, keys to Agland' s gasoline and fuel pumps would be
made available to the Sheriff ' s Department and the Ambulance Ser-
vice as stated in the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after review, deems it advisable to ap-
prove said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Keylock Customer
Agreement between Agland and Weld County, Colorado be, and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
February, A.D. , 1983 .

that he has received instructions concerning the location and

- Keys : ' Customer acknowledges the receipt of key (s)
marked to the keylock facility. Upon
the termination of this, Agreement or in the event that. Customer,
' has not utilized the facilities for a period in excess of 30
days , Customer agrees to return all keys to Agland. Customer • '
agrees to pay a service charge of $5. 00 each for any keys - not '-

Cancellation: This Agreement may be cancelled by Agland
