RE : REAPPOINTMENT OF JUDY KRON TO THE WELD COUNTY HOUSING
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Judy Kron be re-
appointed to fill the term from September 13, 1982 to
September 13, 1985 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Judy Kron be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Housing Authority to
serve the term from September 13 , 1982 and expire September 13 ,
1985 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
December, A.D. , 1982, nunc pro tunc September 13 , 1982.
