RE: BILL OF SALE FOR RADIOGRAPHIC/FLUOROSCOPIC EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 29, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County Colorado, issued WELD COUNTY GENERAL HOSPITAL X-RAY EQUIPMENT REVENUE
ANTICIPATION WARRANTS, in the principle amount of $280,000, for the purpose of
providing for the cost of purchase and installation of general purpose
Radiographic/Fluoroscopic Equipment in Weld County General Hospital, now known
as the North Colorado Medical Center, such warrants in the interest thereon
were paid solely from and constituted a first lien on the revenues derived
from the operation of said system, and
WHEREAS, on December 1, 1982, all such anticipation warrants and
interests due thereon were paid by the County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, on November 29, 1972, the Weld County Board of County
Commissioners and Weld County Hospital Board of Trustees entered into a lease
agreement for the above mentioned Radiographic/Fluoroscopic Equipment for the
term of ten (10) years with the hospital having the option to purchase the
leased property at the end of the ten (10) year lease term by paying to Weld
County the sum of one ($1.00) dollar, and
WHEREAS, the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees wishes to
exercise the purchase option and has paid the one ($1.00) dollar to Weld
County, and
WHEREAS, a Bill of Sale of said equipment has been prepared and attached
hereto and made a part of this resolution, and
WHEREAS, Weld County having paid all anticipation warrants and associated
interest holds title to said equipment and is the lawful owner of the
equipment free of all encumbrances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County Colorado, hereby sells said equipment to the North Colorado
Medical Center per the purchase option of the above mentioned lease for one
($1.00) dollar, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County is hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned
Bill of Sale transferring title to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on thellth day of April, A.D. , 1983.

BILL OF SALE
Weld County (Seller) , 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631; in
consideration of One Dollar ($1. 00) paid by North Colorado Medical Center,
1801 16th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631-5199 (Buyer) , receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does grant, sell, transfer, and deliver to Buyer all its
right, title, and interest in the following equipment:
2 Each General Electric MSI-1250 III control panels
1 Monitrol/90 X-Ray table
1 Flouricon 300 Flouriscope and related tubes, transformers, and
other accessories
Buyer shall have all rights and title to the equipment in itself.
Seller is the lawful owner of the equipment and the equipment is free from all
encumbrances. Seller has good right to sell the equipment and will warrant
and defend the right against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this agreement at Greeley, Colorado
this llth day of April, 1983.
